Kate's a full time photographer. It's what she does, EVERY DAY.
It's not a hobby, or a part time career - she's trained for years, and now teaches and judges the work of other photographers.
Kate has lot's of letters after her name, and they actually mean something.
She has Fellowships (the highest qualification) from the two leading professional photography bodies in the UK - AND she's also a Qualified European Photographer.
Trends and fashions come and go, but Kate's work is always creative, timeless, and classic.
Her aim is to produce images that will look great on your wall now... and in twenty years time (when your baby's all grown up!)
It might be considered a bit sexist, but to really understand babies, and how to coax the best out of them it does help if you're a mum yourself.
Kate is, and even though her own children are well past the baby years, being a mother is a skill that you never lose!
